Sehubungan dengan Surat Edaran Direktur Pendidikan Profesi Guru, Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan, Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi nomor 0657/B2/GT.00.02/2023 tanggal 19 April 2023 tentang Penetapan Mahasiswa dan Mekanisme Lapor Diri PPG Dalam Jabatan Tahun 2023 Angkatan I, bersama ini kami mengundang calon mahasiswa PPG Dalam Jabatan Tahun 2023 Angkatan I Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang untuk segera melakukan lapor diri. Kegiatan lapor diri dilakukan secara daring pada tanggal 2 s.d. 5 Mei 2023 melalui https://linktr.ee/ppgumm Adapun berkas-berkas yang harus disiapkan dan dikumpulkan adalah sebagai berikut. Format A1 dan Pakta Integritas (format diunduh dari SIMPKB) Biodata Mahasiswa PD DIKTI (format terlampir) Surat Pernyataan Ijin Kepala Sekolah (format diunduh dari SIMPKB) Scan Ijazah S1 Scan Transkrip Nilai S1 Scan Kartu Identitas KTP/SIM Pas Foto Berwarna dimensi 4 x 6 dengan ketentuan menggunakan kemeja formal berwarna putih, berjas formal warna hitam, menggunakan dasi berwarna hitam, dan berlatar belakang biru dan berlatar belakang merah. SKCK (dari Kepolisian setempat) Surat Keterangan Sehat (dari Puskesmas/RSUD setempat) Surat Bebas NAPZA (dari BNN/Kepolisian/Puskesmas/RSUD setempat) Scan NPWP (bagi yang memiliki) Formulir Mahasiswa PPG UMM Scan asli Akta kelahiran Scan asli Kartu Keluarga (KK) Scan asli Ijazah SMA Semua berkas di atas dibuat dalam format: pdf/jpg.
